WINERY PENFOLDS

Like many wineries, Penfolds started small. The long-established winery was founded in 1844 by the English doctor Dr. Christopher Rawson Penfold, who recommended wine to his patients as a health tonic. He planted the vines in Magill, nine kilometers from Adelaide in southern Australia. Magill Estate is still the headquarters of the house today. The estate was continued by Rawson Penfold's descendants until 1962. Since 2002 the Grange has been back on Magill Estate vinified. Today Penfolds is one of the engines of Australian wine production and a pioneer in terms of quality and the development of its own style. Penfolds wines combine the immense bounty of the hot climate with the longevity of European wines.

Your Negroni will be tailor-made in front of you, ensuring that the finished drink matches your preference: first you'll be presented with the choice of three different essences, before your drink is individually garnished and placed on a silver platter.
